"Dear Candy,

I write to express my gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received and the quality work that was done to my car at Sunroad Automotive Collision Center this past September 2008.

My car, a 2003 Infiniti G35, had been in a front-end collision. Following the accident, my inclination was to insist that it be fixed by an Infiniti dealer. When my Allstate Insurance representative mentioned Sunroad Collision Center as an Allstate-approved repair facility, I was comfortable it would be a good choice, given my understanding that Sunroad Collision Center and Kearny Mesa Infiniti both are part of the Sunroad Automotive umbrella of companies.

From the first minute I contacted Sunroad Collision Center, and throughout the entire process, I was promptly and courteously served. I was kept informed of the status of the repairs, and was timely notified when the car was ready. Sunroad completed the repairs before the forecasted completion date, and went above and beyond with the repairs, paying very close attention to detail.

Your own personal style and managing of the repair was masterful.

Thanks again. I will certainly recommend Sunroad companies and services to friends and colleagues.

Your collision repair group, led by Candy just finished a major repair of my 2004 Inifiniti G35 that was so good that I didn’t even recognize the car when they were finished (true story – see Carlos for details). The front of the car was heavily damaged and not only was that fixed like new, but so was any other imperfection. I now have what I view to be a brand new car!

Thank you Candy, and thanks to anyone who was involved with this siginificant challenge. You certainly have earned any future work that I (or my friends) ever need done. You went way “above and beyond the normal call” and  I will be forever grateful. I had planned to sell that car as soon as it was fixed. Those plans have most definitely changed!

Again, let me commend your organization and especially Todd for the outstanding quality of both workmanship and client relations.

I have never had a situation involving an accident, so in addition to the insurance and law enforcement situations, I was going to have to deal with vehicle repair. All that I have ever heard were horror stories about lack of follow through, poor workmanship, cheap parts and lack of timeliness. Todd took me through the whole endeavor and kept in touch throughout the repairs. Never once did I feel that any corners were being cut or that Todd and your shop didn't have my best interests at heart.

Should the opportunity arise in the future, i will always recommend Sunroad Collision Center, and especially Todd.

I would like to express my gratitude to the joint teams at both sites for their excellent servicing of my Honda Accord, which suffered a major front-end collision. I would like to especially thank Candy, Todd and Grant who did an excellent job putting together my car so that it looked brand-new after servicing; Kim who graciously guided me through the process as new problems arose with my car the several months later; and Mike at Pacific Honda who did the second-time-around repairs to my car with an eagle eye for several new-onset problems.

Car problems can be a very stressful event because of the uncertainty of the repair time and cost, and the fear of not having transportation for several days or even weeks. These workers were competent and confident, which set me at immediate ease that my car would be fixed well and at a reasonable time and cost.
